I am an Associate Marriage in Family Therapist who is dedicated to providing a safe and nonjudgemental space to clients from all walks of life. I am passionate about helping clients through challenging experiences as well as proving a collaborative and empathetic place for client's to get to know themselves and receive support on their growth and healing journeys.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to the needs of each client so I do my best to pull from a variety of modalities. However, I have completed foundational DBT and TF-CBT training as well as seeking safety. I have also received training in CBT and specialized in treating trauma through my educational background.
Everything in our bodies is connected so I place a big emphasis on the mind body connection and employ a culturally sensitive, empathetic, person centered approach. I believe clients are the experts on their own lives and I am passionate about supporting them as they work towards their goals.
