As the journey unfolds my role is to make you feel safe and empowered as you find what interferes with your goals and how to over come those barriers, to live the life you desire. Together we will create goals that are manageable, attainable and help you succeed. As therapy proceeds we will asses your progress to address any hurdles to positive changes. We take pride in my ability to establish trusting therapeutic relationships through which we can explore the presenting issues like anger, behavioral issues, communication issues, self esteem, anxiety, depression, chronic stress and other life issues
