There are times in life when we need someone to talk to about feelings of anxiety, depression, or constant worry. We will work together to understand and find coping solutions to these life stressors and feelings that you are experiencing. Overcoming challenges in life begins with how you think. I will encourage you to re-think and find solutions and coping strategies to help you to become free of the worries that have hindered your growth. I am a licensed MFT with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and completed my undergraduate studies at Saint Mary’s College in the Bay Area.
My approach to therapy is about establishing a connection, building trust, being honest, and listening with empathy. My experience is working with children and adolescents in an inpatient hospital setting and young adults who suffer from a wide range of mental health diagnoses. My approach is rooted in CBT and solution-focused therapy.
A large amount of my training was with adolescents, teens, and young children. I previously worked in multiple inpatient hospital settings and worked with a variety of mental health diagnoses. I am most comfortable working with anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
