About
Our lives don't always pan out the way we want and things can get out of hand. Finding support can be the first step in navigating these challenges. My main goal is to be the person you need, sitting in the room with you during your highest highs and lowest lows, letting you know that you are not alone, and you have what it takes. People of all ages need to be seen and heard, and that is what I am here for. We are all doing the best we can, yet we can desire to change and become better. We may also need some guidance through challenging times. I will be the support you need, and we will work together to create better days ahead.
We will work collaboratively to find your path forward. I utilize talk therapy, meditation, mindfulness practices, and cognitive behavioral work. I have training in play therapy and working with youths and DBT which helps us accept ourselves as we are while working to better ourselves. We will work together to explore what works best.
Above all, I believe the therapeutic relationship is the prime contributor to change. I promise to show up, be present, and walk with you, not ahead of or behind you. Whether it's developing coping strategies, exploring anxious thoughts, or relationship struggles, we will work together to help you find your best self. I look forward to meeting you!
