Hello! I am deeply passionate about helping people heal from trauma, addiction (porn addiction, sex addiction, sexual shame and trauma), financial/work disorders, infidelity, abuse/neglect, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, and depression. I believe that understanding and processing the roots of your trauma, which led to unhealthy and unwanted patterns, allows for holistic healing. This involves healing in four core areas: emotional, spiritual, physical, and relational. My hope is to help you reconnect with your heart, God, and with those whom you love the most.
I utilize a variety of techniques, such as, Attachment Theory, CBT, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, all with the goal of helping us access our true and authentic self. Our current patterns, good or bad, are ways we have learned to survive and cope with earlier trauma.

Men’s Sex/Porn Addiction Intensive Workshop
Over the course of a weekend the sex/porn intensive workshop gives you the space to intentionally go into the depths of pain and hurt to help you overcome unwanted sexual behaviors. Trauma causes parts of ourselves to be lost. Integrating back into our whole being requires looking back and processing the wounds from the trauma with the goal of landing at a place of peace in the present. We tackle not just the trauma but also go into the specifics of what made your addiction so powerful. By approaching healing this way, the roots of sex addiction are uncovered.
