I work with adolescents and adults (15+) who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. These patterns are often related to anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, relationships, or questions about identity and sexuality (LGBTQ+). Many clients already understand why they struggle (although some don't and that's fine too), but want help turning insight into real, lasting change.
I use a collaborative and practical approach rooted in CBT. Early sessions focus on building connection, understanding patterns, and setting goals. As therapy progresses, we practice new skills, apply them in daily life, and notice shifts in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Therapy with me is structured, supportive, and aimed at lasting change.
