I specialize in treating Anxiety (including OCD), trauma, mood disorders (including Bipolar), and LGBTQ+ issues, using evidence-based treatments. The world can feel exhausting and scary right now. Whether you are a queer person navigating identity, family dynamics or living in a heteronormative world, or you struggle from anxiety, trauma, or depression, let's talk about it. We will work together to find strategies and to develop skills to help you manage stress, regulate emotions, process trauma, establish and maintain boundaries, and reduce symptoms. Our work will focus on making small changes that have big impacts on daily life.
I specialize in using a combination of psychoeducation, DBT, ACT, and CBT in my therapy sessions. While I prioritize making our meetings a safe space to feel seen, heard, and validated, I also aim to provide you with the appropriate coping tools/skills to better manage and alleviate symptoms in order to live a functional, fulfilled life.
People are looking for connection right now more than ever. Mental health is crucial to living values-driven and connected lives. You don't have to suffer in silence. Talking to a therapist has been shown to have a major impact on people's overall well-being. Please feel free to reach out and let's begin your healing journey together.
