English
| हिन्दी | ਪੰਜਾਬੀ Being an immigrant, I have been touched by people's stories of pain, love, joy, and suffering. I believe that through sharing our individual stories and allowing me in your space, to see YOU for who YOU are has a restorative power for growth and healing. So much of our pain happens in relationships to other people, and I believe it can be helpful to work towards healing that in therapy. My approach to therapy is to work through a collaborative, multicultural and attachment lens. I will sit and listen to you, and together we will embark on your journey of exploration so that you are not alone.
Dr. Sachdeva has been working in the field of mental health for over 10 years and has a diverse training background and work experience. His clinical interest have been in the areas of diversity and inclusion, and exploring an individual’s unique relationship to their race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion, and other intersecting identities.
I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi with sensitivity to a variety of cultural issues. In addition to talk therapy, I utilize mindfulness exercises, as well as CBT skills to help you develop a deeper relationship to your body, your mind, and your emotions. ***Providing psychological evaluation- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD/ADHD)***
