Late Evening and Weekend Availability! My typical clients are professionals within various levels of the workforce. A large number of my clients are people who have faced significant life challenges by themselves and are survivors. They’ve been holding things together, but it’s becoming overwhelming and they can use some support. The support they're looking for are a listening ear, a shoulder to lean on, an outlet and a sounding board, as well as, skills and strategies to manage and maintain.
My specialization includes: anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transition, insomnia, addiction (substance, gambling, gaming, pornography and sex), male sexual dysfunction, and mood disorders. My intervention style is eclectic and includes any combination of Trauma Informed, CBT, CBT-i, DBT, EFT, Schema, IFS, Psychodynamic, Gottman Method and Adlerian.
