Welcome! I'm John Dias. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Working through the lens of the effects of trauma and shame; I have helped these populations to manage and/or alleviate psychological and emotional struggles that result in anxiety, depression, and poor coping skills.
I use an integrative approach to find what model suits each clients needs. In doing this, I have helped clients feel more apart of their journey in therapy.
