I am a mindfulness oriented integrative clinical psychologist with extensive experience in a wide range of therapeutic methods to help you overcome obstacles, end unhealthy patterns and achieve well being. For over 30 years I have been adding, blending and refining many treatment modalities, including mindfulness psychotherapy, MCBT and psychodynamic therapy to ensure the best fit for each person while encouraging self-compassion. My style is active, intensive and collaborative. If you have a willingness for self-examination as well as the motivation to try new ways of thinking and acting, then I can facilitate that journey.
I employ an eclectic approach, emphasizing addressing symptoms and issues with self-compassion , while being informed with the most up to date research. In addition, I provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy as an affiliate of Kadima Neuropsychiatry Institute, am active in Psychedelic clinical trials as a lead therapist and provide integration therapy.
I incorporate Eastern contemplative traditions including teaching meditation and self compassion practices. Subspecialties include highly sensitive people (HSP's), ADHD, trauma and stress management. Please Note: I do not accept insurance.
