About
As you navigate life, you will be faced with many challenges and successes. The road to those successful moments all depends on how you react to the bumps along the way. You may feel stuck, defeated, tired, confused, numb and all these feelings are valid. However, remember you are in control even when you feel out of control. As your therapist, I am here as your guide to help you uncover the tools you need to regain the strength, confidence and clarity to keep moving forward.
I have over 10 years of counseling experience helping youths and adults manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, anger, trauma and other psychiatric disorders. I have experience in providing individual, couple, family and group therapies to cultural diverse populations.
My approach is person-centered but I adapt other evidence based therapeutic techniques to help you cope and reach your personal goals. My duty is to provide a safe, confidential and genuine space that will aid in your journey towards self-discovery and healing.
