Women's Grief Therapy Support Group - Virtual
Women are expected to “be strong,” hold it together, and keep caring for everyone else while their own pain goes unseen. This is especially truth with grief and loss. This February, we’re offering a women-only grief group designed to be a safe, supportive space where you don’t have to explain, minimize, or rush your grief. Why a women-only grief group? There is a shared understanding of the emotional and relational roles women carry, freedom to speak openly about identity changes, caregiving fatigue, and complex feelings, and a nurturing environment that encourages connection, vulnerability, and mutual support.
