I am Dianne, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with three years of professional experience. I have worked with clients facing stress and anxiety, family conflicts, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, and life transitions. I completed my Master of Counseling Psychology at Trinity International University in Miami, Florida.
As a veteran of the United States Navy, I practiced nursing in Florida for 20 years, which has equipped me with the guidance and insight my clients seek. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and positive psychology.
