Discretion, trust, and a sense of safety are paramount for successful therapy. Working with couples, individualsand families, my goal is to provide an environment of privacy and safety. Those who participate in therapy find that it can be the impetus for improvement in every area of life. I discreetly work with those with high public profiles in areas that include marriage counseling, anxiety, self-esteem/confidence, depression, attachment wounds, trauma, and relationship distress.
I will explore with you the patterns that may have contributed to emotional pain and difficult relationships. I specifically work with attachment wounds from difficult childhood experiences, neurodivergence, and now accept Medicare.
Other areas: I taught in Trevecca's Graduate Counseling Program: Family Therapy, Adv. Multicultural Counseling, Counseling Diverse Populations, Marital Life Cycle, etc., and supervise interns in preparation of licensure as well as mentor licensed individuals to become supervisors.
