Life is an ever-evolving journey, filled with highs and lows, joys and sorrows, triumphs and challenges. From our most celebrated achievements to our most painful struggles, we all experience the ebb and flow of life. As a clinician, I strive to meet individuals where they are. Moreover, to connect and partner with them, as well as support them, as they journey to greater depths and heights of healing, growth, and resilience.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in TN and MS, with over 25 years of combined and progressive experience in the medical and behavioral health fields. I am a Certified Mindfulness Trainer and Training and Education Specialist. I specialize in supporting adults, couples, and families as they navigate life’s peaks and valleys.
Recognizing that every person’s path is unique, I take an individualized approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-Informed Care (TIC), Mindfulness, Gottman Method and ASAM Criteria Assessment.
