Thank you for visiting Achieve Therapy Solutions and taking the time to learn a little about me and my practice, as you search for a therapist for you or a loved one. I believe finding the right therapist is like finding the right pair of jeans...it has to be a good fit. I have been described by my colleagues and clients as solution focused, funny, empowering, inquisitive, genuine, supportive and encouraging. The client is the center of the therapy experience, and sessions are tailored based on client needs. Through psychoeducation and psychotherapy, clients are encouraged and supported to work towards achieving their identified goals on the road to change and good mental health. For clients who seek it, I infuse Christian principles and teachings into sessions.
