Hi! My name is Diann Rico Kaainoa, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am here to help you have the life you always wanted! Difficult experiences in life can bring up feelings of anxiety, depression, or lack of direction. It can be hard to know what to do. With a non-judgemental attitude and honesty, I will help you work through issues while identifying your inner strengths to be a happier and healthier version of yourself. I look forward to taking this journey of healing with you. My approach to therapy will vary based on the needs of each client.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Humanistic Therapy which are excellent modalities to help patients and therapist have a shared understanding of the challenges in one's life.I have found that my style and approach works well with older adults, adults, children and families.
