Executive Skills Group for College Students
This is not a therapy group. This group aims to assist college or graduate students in developing executive skills that are vital for their wellbeing and productivity in college and beyond. Executive skills refer to the following areas: planning, organization, time management, motivation, self-regulation, self-awareness, impulse control, etc. Issues that may be addressed include: keeping track of tasks/to-dos, creating systems for everyday functioning, developing realistic goals, breaking down tasks, accountability, motivation, time estimation, planning ahead, productivity tips and strategies and much more.
