I am a holistic, non-traditional therapist that specializes in trauma recovery and healing after toxic relationships and emotional abuse. I am also co-founder and co-owner of With Grace Mental Health Counseling. I believe that psychotherapy is a journey that should address each facet our beings: mind, body and spirit. Clients that work with me are typically seeking non-traditional therapy to heal from trauma, grief and life transitions.
My specialities are trauma/PTSD, anxiety and grief. I generate results with clients by providing a personalized approach for each person that optimizes cutting-edge, holistic treatments for their care. Those methods include: EMDR, Brainspotting, Hypnosis, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Energy Tapping, and Integrated Stress Reduction Techniques.
