My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, parenting, trauma and life transitions. I have experience with many different modalities such as CBT, DBT, Schema, mindfulness and take a person-centered approach. I have experience working with children, adults, and families.
Counseling is a significant piece to self-awareness and self-care. I meet client’s where they are and approach clients with empathy, open mindedness, and respect. Knowing that each person’s journey is different and unique. I am aware of the stigma associated with counseling and a strong advocate toward educating the importance for our overall wellbeing.
