Teaching all people the exquisite art of connection is my passion.
Most people need to be taught the skills necessary to create the life they want.
My goal is to teach one new concept in each session and to empower people to build a bridge from where they are to where they want to be. Small skills often create big changes.
I have studied many different modalities of psychology and look at each person with a holistic view. My personal life includes a deeply ingrained mindfulness practice, which I teach everybody.
