Hello! I'm so glad you're here! I want to make sure the therapy space is welcoming, down-to-earth, comfortable where you can be your full self - messy, growing, healing, confused, hopeful - all of it. I believe that healing happens best when we feel seen and supported without judgement. As a therapist, I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and a sense of humor when you need it. I truly believe that we all have the capacity to feel better, despite our pasts. I'm also a big believer in progress over perfection, and that small steps can lead to big changes.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means I center safety and compassion in everything we do together. If words feel too hard and you decide you want therapy in a more non-verbal way, I also offer art therapy as a way to explore things that are tough to express out loud.
I know that the past can leave deep marks, but I don’t believe it defines you. No matter what you’ve done or what’s happened to you, you still deserve peace and healing. You deserve to be thriving not just surviving. Therapy with me isn’t about "fixing" you—it’s about walking alongside you as you reconnect with who you are and what you need.
