Weekend and evening availability! I'm so glad your here! I offer a welcoming, down-to-earth space where you can be your full self - messy, growing, healing, confused, hopeful - all of it. I've always believed that healing happens best when we feel seen and supported without judgement. As a therapist, I don't pretend to have all the answers, but I'll meet you with empathy, honesty, and a sense of humor when you need it. I'm a big believer in progress over perfections, and that small steps can lead to big changes.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means I center safety, and compassion in everything we do together. If words feel too hard and you decide you want therapy in a more non-verbal way, I also offer art therapy as a way to explore things that are tough to express out loud.
I know that the past can leave deep marks, but I don’t believe it defines you. And no matter what you’ve done, or what’s happened to you, you still deserve peace, healing, and a life that actually feels good. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about walking alongside you as you reconnect with who you are and what you need.
