I have found great satisfaction in working with people who have been touched by ADHD and Substance Use Disorder in addition to anxiety & depression, grief & loss, parenting, infertility, and self-esteem. I also enjoy working together with couples to provide communication skills and strengthen relationships. I work with teenagers through older adults.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree from Boston College and maintain a flexible schedule with both morning and early evening appointments.
I use a variety of evidence-based techniques tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. This may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, psychodynamic approaches, or a person-centered approach.
I will also integrate Christian faith into treatment upon client's request.
