Welcome! I'm glad you are here. While I treat a wide range of clients, I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults. I also offer support for parents, as sometimes the entire family feels the impact of what a child is experiencing. In a warm and inviting environment, we will work together to help you help you or your child develop coping strategies to foster personal growth and to see an improvement in the quality of life and relationships. My approach is primarily cognitive behavioral and solution focused. I also have additional training in play therapy techniques and believe in the therapeutic power of play.
My clinical interests include treating anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders. I also offer support to trans and gender expansive clients as well as helping young adults who are struggling to find their way after high school. I also have over a decade of experience in school counseling which can be advantageous to clients experiencing difficulties at school.
