About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience. I work primarily with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and unresolved psychological trauma. I use my relationship with my clients in order to allow them to discuss uncomfortable emotions such as shame and guilt, in a non-judgmental relationship.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and ADHD with adults and teens. I have an attachment-based approach with a focus on helping clients to understand the source of their emotional distress, to access their emotions, and to build emotional connections.
If you have fears about experiencing uncomfortable emotions, I can help you to manage that fear in order to learn how to tolerate and manage emotional distress.
