As an integrative psychotherapist with many years of experience, I help people gain a deeper understanding of their internal struggles & create meaningful changes. I work on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, dating & relationship difficulties, codependency, and self-esteem issues. I also work with couples to change hurtful & destructive patterns in the relationship and create a stronger, more meaningful connection. Some of the therapeutic approaches I practice are Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Psychodynamic, and Mindfulness practices.
In addition to a general practice, I have expertise in the areas of infertility, adoption, & solo parenting. My personal experience with infertility enables me to fully grasp the physical, emotional, psychological, and financial impact it can have. I am dedicated to helping women and couples navigate family building challenges and the crisis of infertility.

Becoming a parent is an exciting journey and doing it solo can be uniquely challenging. It can be overwhelming, confusing, and isolating to navigate the ups and downs of having a baby on your own. This group will provide a nurturing, supportive environment where women at various stages of the process can share their experiences together. This group meets online via Zoom.

Coping with Infertility: Support Group for Women

This is a group that offers support and guidance to women engaged in fertility treatments, such as IUI, IVF, and ICSI. The goal of the group is to provide a safe space to share experiences and work through the emotional ups and downs that accompany infertility. Topics include loneliness & isolation, repeated miscarriage, grief, relationship stress, deciding on treatment options, and exploring family building possibilities & third party reproduction. Together we find strength, hope, and healing. Women at all stages of the trying-to-conceive process are welcome. This group meets via Zoom.
