Many times people come to counseling because they feel as though they are in a place where they are stuck, feel desperation, and are struggling. I want to come alongside you to support you.

With certifications in Perinatal Mental Health and EMDR, I specialize working with people/partners who are pregnant, post-partum, or have experienced birth trauma, infant loss/grief. If culture and faith are important, we can integrate this into your healing journey. I am LGBTQIA+ affirmative and have a social justice perspective.
