My work is person-centered and trauma-focused, utilizing diverse resilience and unique human experiences to uncover internal empowerment to navigate self-discovery and growth in life. Since everyone is unique and has experienced a life like no other, sessions are focused on the individual needs of each client. My approach honors your individual journey.
Trauma Focused credentials include: Somatic Trauma Therapy Training for Professionals and The Tamura Method, a relational-attachment therapeutic touch working with the inner wounded child and adult self. My treatment lens is grounded within therapeutic experiential, psycho-spiritual and somatic interventions.
