Looking to live with a healthy & nourished mind, body and spirit? I love to help people be more present & empowered, from a calm nervous system. I offer services that are faith-based or secular in theory. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, along with Mindfulness, EMDR and Dialectical Behavior Therapy approaches (DBT). I am a board certified Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in NC. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I specialize in working with those suffering with depression, anger management issues, anxiety, trauma-big or small, and marital, parenting and other relationship issues.
My focus is to come alongside individuals 18 and older, seeking freedom from anxiety, depression, pornography addictions, anger, relational issues, loss, grief and trauma. We work through issues in a non-judgmental environment, fostering more holistic healing, self-wisdom, transformation and empowerment to live more freely from your true self.
Happily married over two decades, Mother of three young adults and two fur babies. I enjoy spending quality family time together and being outdoors. I hold a Christian worldview, however, I understand some prefer not to be treated through that lens and honor that at your request.
