Taking the courageous step to seek therapy is a vital part of your journey, and I commend you for being here. As a calm and laid-back therapist, I strive to create a warm and empathetic environment where you feel safe to explore your feelings. Your questions and concerns are important to me, and I encourage open dialogue. I am dedicated to supporting individuals facing challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, substance use, toxic relationships, ADHD, autism, and self-doubt. With a trauma-informed approach, I create a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing. I genuinely value each person’s unique journey and welcome everyone as we navigate the path to growth together.
