Struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt or perfectionism? Hi! I specialize in working with young adults and adults in navigating these challenges. I also have expertise in working with those who identify as LGBTQIA+. I often work with first or second-generation Americans who have the added nuance of balancing the expectations of two cultures. I have virtual, daytime availability for those in New York State on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
I create a safe environment, often using humor when appropriate, where you can be yourself. I teach clients how to identify and process feelings and experiences, and to implement strategies to navigate life’s challenges. I will work with clients to find effective solutions in order to reach their therapy goals.
