Hi! I specialize in working with young adults and adults in navigating stress related to sadness, overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, and/or adjusting to life changes. I have expertise in working with those who identify as LGBTQIA+. I also often work with first-generation Americans who have the added challenge of balancing the expectations of two cultures. I am trilingual (English, Spanish, Portuguese). I have virtual, daytime availability for those living & located in New York State.
I create a safe, judgement-free environment, often using humor to create a comfortable atmosphere where you can be yourself.  I teach clients how to identify and process feelings and experiences, and to implement strategies to navigate life’s challenges.  I will work with clients to find effective solutions in order to reach their therapy goals.
