I enjoy working with individuals who recognize a need for change in their life; whether it be personal, professional/vocational, or relational. Whether you feel clear or ambivalent about your goals; I strive to work with you on helping you increase your sense of personal agency and life satisfaction.
I have over 17 years of experience providing therapy to individuals across the lifespan. I have been trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral therapy. I tend to be behavioral in my approach, exploring patterns and "well-worn paths" your life that are creating difficulties.
We all deserve non-judgmental and affirming spaces where we can be ourselves; share our worries, hopes, and dreams, process adverse experiences and trauma, and learn skills and strategies to be more effective in life.
