I'd love to help you learn new ways to relate to others, care for yourself better, and overcome past pain, in order to have a healthier more peaceful life. Often past trauma, abandonment, addiction, affairs, and loss can leave us feeling hurt and lonely. I offer both traditional and Christian-based counseling, and would be honored to be a part of your journey. I specialize in couples work and have a passion for increasing connection and better communication. I also work with individuals ages 18 and up on past trauma, depression, anxiety, life changes and offer help getting out of destructive patterns and abusive relationships.
Along with weekday counseling, I'm available for Saturday morning appointments once a month. Sometimes hourly therapy doesn't leave adequate time for clients to feel the freedom to address deeper concerns, so I also offer longer sessions to allow for a less stressful environment.
I like to offer a safe and comfortable environment where you can be yourself and feel you have someone in your corner. I will do my best to hold a safe space and offer the pace and tools I feel will best help you reach your personal goals.
