I help my clients to unlock the emotional or psychological pain that may be impeding their progress in life. Your issues can range from mild anxiety to complex trauma or simply needing help with a difficult decision. This is a goal driven practice, where we will try to establish our goals for therapy very early in the process.
Counseling is a calling for me. It is not a career, but a calling. My goals include helping clients to sort out their feelings and thoughts so that they can make change decisions about their lives. I specialize in trauma and grief counseling, but also see many people for issues of anxiety, depression, relationships, and parenting.
Counseling can be a scary decision for some. I can understand that and can assure you that all clients set their own pace in counseling with me.
