About

A safe, non-judgmental & relaxed opportunity for you to express your most authentic self. “Cookie Cutter" approaches rarely work. Our work together is set to your individual needs, and comfort level. I provide Art Therapy, Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Therapy, Sandplay Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and traditional talk therapy. Non-Traditional therapies are often less threatening ways to explore your emotions and make it easier to express emotions that are hard to communicate with words alone. You might think, "I can't draw” that's OK. No art skills/knowledge needed. It’s about the PROCESS, not the end product.
Let's explore the creative and expressive parts of you that want to be heard, and through this process, begin to heal from the things that are keeping you back from experiencing a happier and more fulfilling life. The more that we can learn about ourselves and our emotions, the more knowledge that we will have to build a life that we can fully enjoy.
I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP). I have openings in my tele-health office for clients in Florida, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, and Michigan. Adults, teens, and tweens. ATR supervision offered by video. Call now and schedule your appointment. Let's start your journey toward healing!
