As a licensed therapist experienced in the treatment of children, family, and adult issues, I utilize my training to offer diverse approaches to address each person's unique struggles. I am dedicated to the well being of each of my clients and provide individualized compassionate care, and work to help each client improve their life within the context of his/her life values.

By using techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, expressive and play therapy, my experience extends to multiple contexts, including treating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADD, and post traumatic stress. I work with children, adults, and families through domestic violence, divorces, and adoptions, and conduct individual/group sessions in school and clinic settings.

My focus is on creating a therapeutic approach that best fits each individual client's goals. I have effectively helped my clients achieve a better quality of life, and would encourage you to contact me for a free consultation. I offer clinical supervision as well. Let's talk!
