I work with those who have experienced narcissistic abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and others.
My main theory is Internal Family Systems, IFS and I am IFS informed. I also use the communication model, Non Violent Communication. It helps people to hear and understand differently and makes communication more successful. Other interventions that I use are Brain Spotting, Somatic Therapy and other holistic techniques.
After experiencing my own healing journey, it became my passion to help others on their healing path. My motivation as a counselor is to assist people in discovering their best selves, regardless of age. My goal is to help clients rediscover their inner Self and who they were meant to be, fostering confidence and healing from past hurts.
