Therapy is an art. My patients come to me to paint their life pictures and I am here to guide them in this journey. I work with them to gain insight into themselves and their problems and acquire practical tools to better cope with them. I am a firm believer in the "real relationship". I am NOT a blank screen and the treatment is very much interactive and collaborative.
I have an MBA in Finance, bringing a unique perspective to my practice. Having worked in both finance and law, I understand the stress of both worlds.
