My specialties are in working with older adolescents (16+) and adults struggling with trauma, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, grief, breakups & life transitions. By working together, we help you or your teen create new ways to deal & heal from life's toughest challenges. Much of my work focuses on healing from difficult emotions related to current or past experiences, setting boundaries, challenging diet culture, body neutrality, building self-esteem & acceptance (especially in the era of super unrealistic social media pressures), and fostering healthy relationships with yourself & the people you care about.

My goal is to guide you through the chaos and into a calmer, more peaceful life with less "surviving" & more "thriving". In addition to talk therapy, I'm certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy-a type of therapy using eye movements & imagery to desensitize our trauma triggers. In ED treatment, I use a Health At Every Size & Intuitive Eating approach.
