She has provided case management, individual, group, couple's and family services to youth and adults from as young as 4 years old to older adults. The therapeutic approaches she uses when working with clients helps address trauma, depression, and anxiety.
Her goal is to foster a safe environment for individuals to be open, honest, and transparent, where they feel comfortable to share their experiences. She believes that the client is the expert of their lives and uses her listening and engagement skills to learn more about them and provide tools and strategies to manage some of life's challenges.
