I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a private practice in Carrollton, Texas. Work with individuals and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, work issues, relationship issues, grief and loss, divorce recovery, anger, family of origin issues, and trauma. I believe in developing a positive and helpful partnership with clients during the therapy process. I believe each client should be treated with respect and dignity.
In addition to my training in counseling, I am trained in hypnotherapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), Level 3 trained IFS (Internal Family Systems), and am a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist.
Prior to going into private practice, I worked for many years for a major corporation, which gives me an understanding of the various stresses inividuals face on a daily basis.
