My goal as a therapist is to assist you Move Forward… One Step at a Time. As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor for nearly twenty years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to collaborate on the healing journey towards health and wellness. Wherever you are on your journey, I will meet you where you are at, and assist you move forward, a step at a time. As a lifelong learner, I have advanced certificates and trainings which include: Mediation, Sex Therapy, Discernment Counseling, Clinical Trauma Specialist, EMDR, Brainspotting, and Military Family Life Consulting. I have training in the Gottman Method and have studied with Esther Perel. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is also part of my practice.
