I am a Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
I most often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Play Therapy, although I utilize different therapy techniques based on different life experiences, working together to promote self-growth and healing. I have experience as a foster parent; working alongside other foster parents, biological parents, and their children.
