I am a nationally certified (NCC), licensed professional counselor (LPC), who provides professional counseling services for individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, low self-esteem, anger, & relationship conflict.
My foundational approach to counseling is CBT; along with Person Centered, and Gestalt Therapy; which further helps individuals to connect with their inherent ability to solve life’s problems in a nonjudgmental and caring environment.
