In my practice, I specialize in treating anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. My goal is to help you find long term solutions that help you feel more confident, empowered and connected to yourself and others.
There are effective, well researched treatment options available. I use evidence based treatments such as CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and PE whenever clinically appropriate. I strive to create safe, warm, collaborative working relationships with each person I serve in order to make these treatments as accessible as possible.
