I use a collaborative approach in working with youth and their parents.
I specialize in working with families experiencing divorce. I have 15+ years of experience with the divorce population. In my work with children I utilize Play/Art/Sand Tray therapy and Narrative therapy modalities.
I use a client centered approach to my therapy. My framework and training is psycho-dynamic, CBT, DBT with a conversation in Mindfulness. I am certified in Mediation Training and in Trauma-Focused CBT. I look forward to working with you.
