Your child will learn coping tools to manage whatever presents a challenge-morning routines, social skills, academics, anxiety, bullying, etc...
It can be scary to reach out for help. I believe that being a parent is both the most rewarding. It is scary to not know what to do and you beat yourself up for not knowing what to do sometimes.
