My focus is individual therapy for adults 18+. I am certified in Gestalt Therapy and EMDR therapy. I offer a relational approach and pay attention to mind/body experience. I offer EMDR for treating trauma including complex and attachment based trauma. I have extensive experience in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
