About
Feeling overwhelmed and burnt out? That you are not quite cutting it at work or at home? Perhaps you are questioning your role or purpose in life or have experienced trauma in childhood or as an adult. You have tried to deal with these issues on your own with mixed or disappointing results. Maybe you have even been through therapy before. I can help. I specialize in EMDR therapy and Brainspotting that go deeper than traditional talk therapy to heal the roots of these issues. Want to get rid of depression or anxiety for good? Get off of psychiatric medication? Get your creativity and lust for life back? Read on!
My approaches are based on the latest neuroscientific research, showing that highly distressing events actually rewire our nervous systems. I am certified in EMDR Therapy, which works by reprocessing difficult memories that contribute to anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I also use Brainspotting, a brain-body based therapy, to calm the nervous system.
I know things can get better for you and I will work very hard to help you achieve the results you want. I will provide you with my authenticity, acceptance, and respect. I look forward to working with you!
